WELCOME TO THE SPATIAL INTERFACE RESEARCH LAB!

We are a research lab positioned at the intersection of emerging interfaces technologies, geographic visualization, and the 21st century spatial information economy. We conduct research and development in mixed reality, virtual reality, extended reality interfaces. We actively build analytical geovisualizations and simulations, using 3D data, 3D physics and AI – for a wide range of spatial problems. We develop spatial interaction design heuristics, 3D data science and theory for spatial computing and information experiences that use emerging interface technologies.
